THIS PAGE IS DEDICATED EACH WEEK TO THE OWNER WHO'S ROSTER HAS THE BEST PERFORMANCE.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD OF THE YEAR is Timmy Myers..

..........because he had the most 'STUD ROW' appearances with 6. Along with the honor of 'STUD OF THE YEAR', Timmy also won the 2008 league championship, which often goes hand-in-hand with 'STUD OF THE YEAR', but not always. It was a year of destiny for Myers. His draft picks panned out, the schedule was freindly, and he only had 1 key injury.

2008 STUD ROW

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 1 is Timmy Myers....

....because of his league high score of the week that came out just shy of the league record. Super Myers came back late on Sunday night and chopped off his opponent's balls with his 7th round draft pick Forte. Myers also capitalized on his 5th round draft pick "Burner" Turner who blasted out of the gate with 38pts. Myers starts the year off well, in 1st place.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 2 is Darin Whitehead....

....because of his league high score that could've shattered the league record. Darin foretold his own future and named his roster "#1Duds to #1Studs", and shortly thereafter he jumped from the deep dark pitiful depths of fantasy humiliation, straight to Stud Row. Darin ended his record losing streak and at the same time put an end to the record winning streak. Yeah!!!

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 3 is Timmy Myers....

....because of his league high score of 117. Timmy Myers is punishing teams with his solid slew of backs. Timmy's RBs alone accounted for 75 points which would've been good enough to beat 4 teams in week 3. He has so many Studs at RB that he can't even start them all. This roster has a solid foundation and looks to do more damage as the weeks progress.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 4 is Nick Young....

....because of his league high score of 117. His team came out of the gate like a Kentucky thoroughbred and was half way to 100 points by 1pm. Nick's roster came alive as his Packer connection went big and Larry Johnson had a throwback day at Arrowhead. Young got his squad out of the cellar and right back in the mix of things. Don't write Young off yet folks.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 5 is Timmy Myers....

....because of his league high score of 131. It's like he's built a permanent home on Stud Row. Every ball is bouncing his way. Myers got to sit back and watch last second heroics by Peyton Manning and bizarre explosions from Reggie Bush. It's hard to stop a squad whos RBs are ranked #1, #2, and #4. If you need advice on what Defense to start, ask Myers.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 6 is Jake Nicholson....

....because of his league high score of 131. He makes his 2008 debut with a big win. Jake had one of his throwback blowouts soon after he named his team "GOING DOWN FIGHTING". Jake's score met his expectations and then Thomas Jones exceeded his expectations by scoring more TDs in one game than he did in all of 07. Jake is back in the thick of things.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 7 is Clayton Middleton...

....because he broke the league record for the HIGHEST SINGLE WEEK SCORE with 152. It was the greatest fantasy performance from top to bottom that this league has ever seen. Middleton's roster exploded right out of the gate and 'All Day' & 'Mega Tron' lived up to their names. This a squad poised to put up big numbers in the 2nd half of the season!

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured DUAL STUDS of Week 8 are Chris Helton and Derek Whitehead...

....because of their duplicate high scores of 112. Not only did they both have the league's weekly high score, but they were also playing each other. It was a very dramatic MNF game that led to a bizarre tie for the DUAL STUDS. Both teams wanted the win bad, but they'll agree, a tie is better than a loss.
Featured Stud Of The Week
Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 9 is Jake Nicholson....

....because of his high score. It was a big win for the younger Nicholson as he defeated the league's 2nd highest score and moved up in the standings to 3rd. Just a short time ago, Jake thought his ship was sinking, but he "battened down the hatches" and his roster weathered the fantasy storms. Now Jake gets a healthier LT back just in time for a playoff push.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 10 is Timmy Myers....

....because of his league high score of 137. Myers made a wise trade this week that hit paydirt. He got rid of Lynch who only got 4 points, and replaced him with Jones who got him 32 points! Then in patented Myers fashion, he makes a crucial decision to play the Jets D/ST over the Giants D/ST which paid off big. Myers is now at 7-3 and looks to be in the playoffs.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 11 is Nick Young....

....because of his league high score of 121. Nick blew out the #1 team in the league and had the only roster to get into triple digits this week. Slaton, Jacobs, and Rodgers had big performances and look good going down the stretch. Young is trying to make a late run at the playoffs, and although he's not mathmatically eliminated yet, he's still a long shot to make it.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 12 is Timmy Myers....

....because of his huge league high score of the week. Myers' roster blew up from the word go and never looked back. It was one of those days where it all came together. Timmy's roster had big explosions, from top to bottom, and Burner Turner put the cherry on top with a ridiculous 4 TDs. Timmy was gunning for #1 and that's where he ended up after this week.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured DUAL STUDS of Week 13 are Chris Helton and Nick Young...

....because of their duplicate huge scores of 140. Chris Helton went from DUD to STUD and Nick Young went from LONGSHOT to CONTENDER as they both had big wins that put them in playoff contention. Helton makes his second appearance on STUD ROW this year, but he's had to share the glory both times.
Featured Stud Of The Week
Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 14 is Darin Whitehead....

....because of his impressive league high score of 131. It was a meaningless win for Darin since he was already eliminated from playoff contention. Darin blew Dickey out with a little help from DeAngelo Williams, who has emerged as the #1 RB in fantasy. This roster has been on autopilot for weeks and was still able to beat Dickey's declining roster.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 15 is Timmy Myers....

....because of his big league high score of 123. This high score isn't a surprise because Timmy has been on a roll all season. This is the best possible time for Timmy to blow up because it happened during the first round of the playoffs. Timmy's roster has been very consistant all season and he has to be the favorite going in to the league championship.

Featured Stud Of The Week The featured STUD of Week 16 is Darin Whitehead....

....because of his big league high score of 133. Darin's roster busted loose on Zac Nicholson and caused Zac to finish the year in last place. Darin ended up with the best RB in 2008, and a huge score this week, but ironically ended up as "DUD OF THE YEAR". This week capped off what was a roller coaster year for Darin, that all started with Brady's injury in week 1.
